Last week Gary had a business trip to Monterey so the boys and I decided to tag along. We had such a great time and I am loving that we are getting in a good travel routine. Of course the boys loved the beach and the aquarium (just like Maui except this time we were all bundled up in sweatshirts and jeans). I am just refreshed anytime I get to visit the ocean, it is really the only thing Chico is missing.
The boys and I were on our own until Friday afternoon when Gary was done with his meeting so we were thankful that we had some friends in the area that let us stay at their place for an extra day so we could get some beach time with him. Unfortunately we were all sick by the end of the trip and spent all of this past week recouping at home.
